Beautiful villa in a quiet location, only 1km from the centre of Praia da Luz. 5km from the historic town of Lagos. Panoramic views. Private pool. Not overlooked by neighbours. This is the quietest and by far the nicest part of the Algarve. Our house was built in 2003, and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and is on three split levels. The master bedroom, on the third level, has a super king sized bed, and it’s own terrace, which faces southwest and offers superb views. The other three bedrooms are on the second level. One has a double bed, one has twin beds, and the third has bunk beds and a bed settee. The latter room is ideal for children. All bedrooms are a similar size. The master bedroom and the double bedroom both have air-conditioning. On the ground floor, there is a lounge that has two patio doors opening onto a large patio area overlooking the pool. The lounge also has a wood burning fireplace, Wi-Fi broadband, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi Sonos music system, i-pod player, telephone, and there is a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with thatched dining gazebo outside. There is a swimming pool, garden, and extensive exterior terraces with barbeque. There are sun beds, tables and chairs on the patios. The villa grounds are fenced, and there are locking gates, so it is secure for children. Casa Pôr do Sol is equipped to sleep 8 people, ideally 6 adults and 2 children. The building, furnishings and fittings are to a high standard. It has double glazing and central heating. There is a maid service three times a week (Mon, Thur, Sat). There is a private driveway, leading to the rear of the villa, where there is a Rolec Type 2 7.2kw charging point. Driving to the Algarve in your Tesla is a delightful, and easy journey, with Tesla Superchargers conveniently located along the route (we can advise, as we drive this route regularly). Otherwise, fly to Faro, from which it is an easy 1 hour drive to the villa. We have very little availability for 2018, but plenty of space for next year.
